According to a Yahoo Finance article on 17th June 2022, the game’s Weibo account was banned due to a “violation of related laws and regulations.” ![]() The only part of Diablo Immortal that is banned in China is its Weibo account. However, it is unknown whether the Chinese version will release at this date, or at a different date altogether. The Asia Pacific delay revealed the new release date for the game, which is set to 7th July 2022. However, one major difference between the English announcement-which was meant for the whole of Asia Pacific-and the Chinese announcement, is the lack of a new release date for China. The announcement further explains that the reason for the delay is to better optimize the game, which aligns with the English announcement that was made.
